I just changed the graphics card in my hackintosh from a Gigabyte GTX 750ti to an Asus GTX 950 Strix (getting ready for 4k @ 60Hz...).
Previously I've used toleda's script to automatically enable HDMI audio for the monitor that was connected to the Gigabyte card:

Swapping out the card was straightforward. I already had the nVidia drivers installed, so no problems there. OS X booted right up....
