[Fixed] HDMI Audio not working Intel HD4400

Hi, I can't get audio working through HDMI in my laptop, video works perfectly.

Mi Specs:

Laptop: Asus X550LAV
CPU: i5-4210u
Ram: 12Gb
OS: Sierra 10.12.6
Graphics: Intel HD 4400

Audio only works from internal speakers and jack 3.5 (codec is ALC3236/233).

My front and rear audio ports are working but audio through HDMI is not working, I'm currently using iGPU Intel HD 530 as GPU help please :D. I use only one audio kext is VoodooHDA.kext, I've tried many method to fix HDMI audio but still doesn't work. OSX Version 10.13.6.

while trying to fix hdmi audio in macpro 2012 running osx 10.13.6, I downloaded the "fix" AppleHDA.kext and an HDMIAudio.kext.
using kextbeast, I attempt to install them in system\library\extensions.
HDMIAudio.kext installs fine. AppleHDA.kext does not install (because kextbeast won't overwrite existing file).

I goto folder /System/Library/Extensions/, select AppleHDA.kex and right-click - no delete/trash option.
ctrl-right-click - nope
command-right-click - nope
option-right-click - nope...

Hi everybody, I'm here cause I'm trying to make my HDMI audio work on my GTX 1060 (6GB). I tried with VooDooHDA (downloaded an installer and ran it) and it didn't work. Also when I go in sound options I can't see any input or output devices listed. How can I fix this?

Hello!
I installed Hackintosh HighSierra 10.13.6 through UniBeast 8.3.2 and MultiBeast 10.4.0. My onboard SoundCard is Realtek877. My Monitor - TV4k via HDMI. I can not get sound through TV HDMI.
I've tried these MultiBeast settings:
Driver ALC887 / 888 = No HDMI port and no rear green sound.
Driver ALC887 / 888 + optional HD3000 / 4000 hdmi audio = Yes greenports audio, Yes HDMI port but no HDMI sound.
Universal VoodooHDA2.9 (appleHDA kext deleted) = Yes greenports audio, Yes HDMI port but...

I need to get hdmi output with my NVIDIA GTX750Ti GPU.

I have installed Lilu.kext, WhateverGreen.kext and AppleALC.kext with Audio inject "1".

After trying several methods to fix audio, I have come to the conclusion that VoodooHDA is the best way to fix it on my system cause it shows all the audio peripherals I have. The problem is that it also shows 4 "Digital-out (HDMI)" output devices when my GPU has just 2 HDMI ports. I just don't use HDMI output anyway and never plan on using it, so, is there a way I can hide/remove these HDMI audio out devices? I don't care if it removes my 2 real HDMI out devices too, in fact, I kinda want...

How do I remove these Digital-Out (HDMI) sound output options?

Hello!

I followed the "official" guide for AppleHDA HDMI audio, which directred me to use AppleALC.kext to replace HDMIAudio.kext and the ACPI patch for HDMI audio (SSDT-HDMI-NVIDIA-PEG0.aml), which worked for audio out through DP and HDMI on my GTX 1060. I determined the device-id is de10f110, which is already supported by AppleALCKext 1.2.7+, but as it was not working I patched it through Xcode and used the compiled kext instead of the one directly from Github releases. Neither work....

Hi there, I could not get a single audio device to show up, so I tried installing VoodooHDA and voila my audio through the headphones work perfectly fine. However, I do not get any audio through either of the 3 HDMI output devices displayed. Can someone point me to how to get audio working across the board?

My setup is :
Asus Prime Z370-a
i7 8700
2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 2600Mhz
samsung SSD to boot
Ethernet network

I installed Macos HighSierra on this setup:
MB: MSI Z170A GAMING M9 ACK
CPU: Intel i7 6700k
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Founders edition (with official web drivers)
Monitor: Acer predator x34

Strange fact is when I boot in verbose mode (with clover), the hdmi output works. What could it be?
I tried all possibile fixes: VoodooHDA, AppleACL, audio_cloverHDMI, codecCommander fix

Hi people, can someone help to put my HDMI sound working?
I already tried different methods and I can't figure a way to fix this problem.

And another question, someone knows why the HDMI port just work if i use macbook pro 14,2 on smbios? Because my hardware is much more similar to 14,3.

My Specs are:



MSI GE62-7RE

Intel 7th Gen Core i7 7700HQ
Intel HD 630 Graphics + Nvidia GTX1050Ti (4GB DDR5)
16 GB DDR4 RAM

Hi everyone! I can't figure out how to enable hdmi audio output from my newly created hackintosh.

PC components:

CPU: Intel i5 7400
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
MOBO: MSI B250 PC MATE
RAM: 8 GB DDR4

Mac is configured as 14,2 , MacOS: 10.13.5

I used this guide right here then I installed Nvidia Web Drivers (latest version).

I successfully installed High Sierra on a NUC DC3217IYE mostly working after installation but now I'm stuck at getting the HDMI Audio to work. I am wondering if someone can point me to the right direction. I searched and tried some of the possible solution without any luck at getting it fixed.
