HI, I don't have any sound output on Mojave 10.14.2 iMac late 2013, 3.4GHz Intel Core 7, NVIDA GeForce GTX 1060. I am trying to use the HDMI Port on my Graphics Card. Need a little help, been messing around for a few days now without any success. Cant do anything to technical, so need help accordingly. Many thanks in anticipation.

nVidia gPU in High Sierra, can see the audio controller but not sound output?
I have a Z390 + GTX1070 + i5-8400 system working in High Sierra 10.13.6. Everything seems working fine except the hdmi audio.
I did put Lilu.kext and AppleALC.kext under kexts/other, and i dont have any other audio related kext installed.
And i was able to see the gpu audio controller in hackintool, but not in system sound preference. Webdriver installed latest.
Any insights?

Problem with hdmi audio
Hello,
I have a small issue with HDMI AUDIO
When I turn on the device some times, the audio plays with HDMI AUDIO and is recognized
And some times when the device is turned on, the sound does not work and is not recognized as in the pictures

Hallo, i have a problem with my new hack.
Dell Optiplex 3010 SFF - i3-3240 - chipset H61 express

smbios iMac 14.2
If I inject Nvidia video is good, but I haven't hdmi audio,
if I don't inject Nvidia i have poor video, but hdmi audio works.
Headphone front & rear panel works.

No HDMI audio on my monitor
I need some help. I am using a Samsung U28E590 monitor on my build running 10.14.6 but am not getting any audio out of it. I am attaching a screen shot of my Sound preferences.

HDMI audio issues
So running a 1050 on High Sierra I never had any issues with hdmi connected to my tv. I recently upgraded to a 580 so I could do the system update. Mojave gives me about 6 hdmi listings in the sound output control panel, none of which cause sound to go to the tv. I've played all the games with kexts I can find but no luck. What next?

Audio over Hdmi not working - Intel Nuc dc3217iye
Hi guys, I'm sorry to disturb you... i'm quite a noob, but starting from 0 i've been able to install Mojave on my Intel Nuc dc3217iye (i3 3217u, 8gb ram, 120gb Ssd). Intel HD4000 graphics works fine, Ethernet is ok, but i don't know how to set Audio (over hdmi)... before writing this post i've seen many posts, but some are old and some are... ehm, a bit difficult for me to understand. Anyone with my same hardware did it? Thank yo so much!

Onboard sound ALC888 instead of HDMI
Hiya community!
I am using a Gigabyte P965 DS4 with onboard ALC888 sound and a Logitech x540 5.1 analogue sound system.
Before i installed my new graphics card (GTX 460 with HDMI) sound was working perfectly.
After installing the new graphics card i do get 4x Digital audio output in System preferences - sound - output.
My onboard sound isn´t mentioned any more. Is there a way to disable the HDMI or to direct the audio to the ALC888?

HDMI Audio RX 580 Volume Slide Adjuster
I would really appreciate if someone tell me if this is just me or you also can not adjust the volume over the slide adjuster.
Please note, my monitor has build-in speakers, I also had the same problem when I was using Nvidia GTX 660 Ti, but since the RX 580 Pulse is now natively supported I believe that could be fixed or maybe I'm wrong.
P.S. I'm using the latest MacOS Catalina 10.15.3

Sound broken when switch monitor connection port DP to HDMI
Hi, for same reason, I have connect monitor with hdmi port, instead of DP port. Before that, with DP port, everything work fine as well as the sound. But after switch to HDMI port, the voice is cracking, look likes some frame lazy. I recorded some section in music for better elaboration:

DP and HDMI audio dosnt working
Hi, I have gtx 1060 6gb and I'm trying to enable Dp audio I put Lilu, AppleALC, HDMIaudio and whatevergreen in kexts folder and it still don't work
EDIT: after install VoodooHDA.kext its work but no name just says digital out and i want to my screen model to show.

No Audio Device
I used to have High Sierra. Everything except bluetooth worked. It has been a long time since I installed so I don't remember everything I did step by step for sound but I think it was related with Nvidia driver too. I maybe wrong. I have tried pretty much everything I can with my limited knowledge.
I installed Catalina. Everything works except sound.

No Sound Through HDMI Port on 1080 ti, but does work through display port??
Hi, I have just reinstalled Hackintosh High Sierra and everything is working apart from the audio through HDMI port. Audio IS working through Display port but I need to use the HDMI port as the resolution is really low on clover boot loader through display port. I am using gtx 1080 ti with lily kext and whatevergreen kext. any help would be appreciated.
